Not having experience with that particular lens, however I would ask if you are sure you can live with a variable aperture lens that goes all the way to 5.6 on the long end...and are you sure you can live within those limitations?

assuming you don't have all your I-94s and I797s,
having W-2s/paystubs for all the years is enough to prove that you have always been in status?

I compared the 485 inventories from 12/11/09 and the one on 10/1/10, released by USCIS. The net difference (approved) for EB3I is approx 1320, cleared mostly for the 2001 PDs. Don't know what happened to rest of the visa numbers ( ~ 1500) out of the mandated ~2800 for EB3I.
The reason is faulty data uscis and dos has been publishing.
And now to fix the issue "releasing faulty data" the solution they have implemented is "not publish the data" :)

Guys, I am in the same boat with my passport expiring in 2007. I will have to get a new passport since the current one was already valid for 10 years (issued in 97).
Does any one here have any experience / ideas on how long it takes to get the new passport from the consulate here ?

Hi,
I hope, all is well.
I filed my applications for Green Card. I did concurrent filing for I-140 & I-485 applications in September-2007. I got EAD in December-2007 but I-140 case is still pending.
I am working with the company which filed my Green Card but very soon I would resign from them/there as there is no work over there. They would still continue my I-140 case even I resign from there.
I need your help as:
(1) Can I work on 1099 (as I have EAD & I-140 is still pending)?
OR
(2) I need to work on W2 (means: cannot work on 1099) [as I have EAD & I-140 is still pending]?
Please, advise me as soon as possible.

Sorry for the dumb question. My status changed today and it said " On August 14, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you". Does this mean my greencard approved?

Hi all , Thanks for the responses. Actually Marriage certificate and medicals were in the packet, I forgot to list it here. After going through the instructions i see my employer sent the application to a wrong address.
Instructions say that for 140 related cases it should be sent to Nebraska or texas service center depending on where you live. Instead it has been sent to the Chicago lock box facility.
Now when i resubmit this package to the right place do I have to include a copy of the rejection notice(I 797 C)? also every page has a line printed on it sideways along the right edge. I am not sure if resubmission means sending the rejected packet as is or prepare the forms again and send the new ones.
In addition to checking the appropriate response in your I-485 form, you (wife)have to confirm that you are filing as a derivative of the husbands primary petition (Part 2, response should be "b" please make sure again! you may even use highlighter pen) you may include your husbands I-140 as well as Labor certification copies and highlight the Priority dates in these forms with brilliant colors.
Marriage Certificate is a must.
Also I would include the last years tax returns for your husband and the sealed medical clearance from your doctor, to make it rejection proof!
A cover letter as well as a "DO NOT OPEN IN MAIL ROOM" addressing the Service center director, and placing it over a double bagged packaging of the whole thing may also help.Somehow you have to convince the morons in the mail room that it is "RESUBMISSION DUE TO USCIS ERROR"

Both, me and my wife, have EAD and AP. I am still working on H1 and she is not using her EAD (other than to obtain SSN).
We do not see her working for another year or so. I may switch jobs using AC21 and may do so using H1B transfer or EAD.
So here's my question:
1. Can I skip renewing her EAD and renew just mine?
2. Can we renew her EAD as and when we feel the need, which may be later than the expiry date of her current EAD?
I'd appreciate your thoughts on this matter.

I am sure I dont have to file that now but do I need to do anything so that I get the receipt/approval notices instead of going to the Attorney Office?

Flash has it's own compression which it applies to any raster based graphics which are imported into it.. so, if you bring in a jpg or a png, or a ps doc, it will not add that much to the file. However png's and ps's will use up more processor power than the jpg's if they contain transparency and are located above another object, or are forced to move through tweening or a/s.

We got "Approval Notice Sent" emails 6 days back. I received my EAD 3 days back but haven't received my wife's yet.
Has anyone filed for Replacement EAD? Do we need to wait 30 days from the date we received the approval email? How long does it take usually to receive a Replacement card?
Please share your experiences.

"Card production ordered" is the first status that you will see and then it will change to "Approval notice sent". Tentatively, Your card will be postmarked with the date when your status changed to "Approval notice sent" and it takes upto 4 calendar days to receive the card through mail. Usually, approval notice goes to attorney on file for 765, if you have filed G28 otherwise you will receive it. Call USCIS and find out whether the card is ordered then ask for follow-up actions and decide whether to file for replacement card. There is no separate form for replacement cards - you will still be using same 765 form; I guess, same processing time applies - you may expedite by taking infopass after receiving the receipt notice for your replacement card by providing the letter from the employer. Hope this helps.
