I don't understand why it won't let you update, from the Help Menu > check for updates, in the app itself... why do i have to go to Microsofts website to get the update?

I woke up in the middle of the night and my Verizon iPhone did fall back an hour. It later corrected itself though.

There are a few good spoofs of the "I'm A Mac" commercials on You Tube. My favorite is the one where Mac and PC both make fun of Linux Guy:)

i love Steve but he looks just awful.
And there's something about Steve jobs drinking Starbucks coffee that doesn't sit right with me. I don't really know why.

here are some good references to get a grasp of the differences. As others have stated, the lens is the same focal length, but on a smaller sensor body (APC), the image is essentially "cropped". Some websites..
Site #1 (http://www.extremeinstability.com/topic-full-frame.htm)
Site #2 (http://www.petapixel.com/2010/10/02/full-frame-vs-crop-sensor-comparison/)
Site #3 (http://www.the-digital-picture.com/canon-lenses/field-of-view-crop-factor.aspx)
The second site is a video that is nice. 3rd site has good info.

I'm always amazed at how much work studios go to to keep people from watching their shows.
This is the weird reality. TV Networks spend millions and even billions of dollars trying to get as many people to watch their shows for free, and then they also spend a great deal of time and money trying to stop people from watching their tv shows for free.
Imagine if they spend that energy just trying to properly record viewers for those outlets instead of weirdly begging people to watch their shows for free and then on the other hand demand they don't watch their shows for free.

Do these companies really want people to pay for the same content twice? Surely they can't realistically expect to a get premium for viewing in the same location but just through a different medium?
Of course they do!!!!!
Its the same with music companies who feel that if you want to listen to your purchased music at home and then anywhere else you should pay twice.

Capacitive home button sounds believable as apple has gone away with buttons on the MacBooks trackpad. Apple likes touch, not clicking. Lol
Capacitive home button (and volume) is the way to go. Plastic makes the expensive feeling iPhone feel cheap. and it will just look sexy having the home button flush with the glass.
Another thing which hasn't been wanted as far as I know is the home button to glow in dark as it were. Pretty annoying to press the wrong side when you are in complete darkness.

yes this is the reason. try it yourself.
and yes. i updated FB on my phone. so i just deleted it, and then re-sync'd my phone with the older version of FB.
You were spot on. Thanks.
Totally annoying. I use Infinifolders and I think it's going to make me redo all my folders. At least that's what it looked like in iTunes.
Ugh.

New day, same old issues.
In speeches, less emphasis on Bin Laden, and more focus on "evil-doers" in general.
That's too vague to sway the mindless masses. The Government will find someone else to demonize and have the public whipped into another bloodlust frenzy for his head. "The more thing changes, the more the stay the same," as the old saying goes.

MS just doesn't get it. No OS X, no sale......etc....
That's in your opinion. None of which applies to the majority of people in the real world.
I'm seeing my friends head off to uni. And in this current economic climate they are looking for a cheap but durable laptop to do their work on. Windows 7 is the best OS offering from Microsoft yet.
No obligation to spend extra for a Mac, nor is there any desire to join you in your post-PC era and attempt to type many lines of coursework on a Tablet that needs a computer to run anyway.
Macs sales are growing at the same pace as the industry. This industry that is apparently post-PC. Basically, Microsoft are not loosing sleep over Mac sales. Microsoft are not going anywhere.

Honda has been building cars in Ohio at least since the early '90s. Had a '93 Civic built in East Liberty or Marysville... can't remember which. Sadly, the Fits (I actually own an '09) come from Japan.
God that Fit is a seriously sexy car. I know a couple of anti-global warming types who believe that humans can never have an impact on such a large planet, but whatever the truth is (Al Gore warning us, or Al Gore making serious bucks as a failed presidential candidate getting rich off of the green movement, anti-global warming types often point to the Honda Fit and Toyota Corolla as cars that have a smaller carbon footprint than the Toyota Prius or yuppie mobile Mini Coopers snotty rich liberals like to drive? And I am a liberal and even those liberals with small or hybrid cars who give me dirty looks because I can't afford their new Prius or mini just drive me nuts.
Anyway, environmentalist or not, what do you think about the Fit's overall city and highway gas mileage? And does it really beat the Prius in overall gas mileage? Toyota also has a very similar small type of car that is totally sexy. To me, small is sexy (but not Smart Car), and I could parallel park easier than my huge SW, and get great gas mileage.
I have also considered Mazda 3 and Pontiac Vibe.

どうもマックです。 - Nice to meet you, I'm a Mac.
こんにちはパソコンです。 - Hello, I'm a PC.
ちょっと大丈夫? - Hey~ Are you alright?
大丈夫じゃないです速いのウイルスを抱えちゃって。 - I'm not ok, I have that new (fast) virus.
力ないで、今年は本当に悪ですから。 - Don't be helpless, this year is really bad!
僕は平気平気。 - I'm fine, I'm fine.
ぃゃぃゃ、強うかないでって11万4千のウイルスがパソコンで出た大変ですから。Nono, don't act tough. 114,000 viruses are out for the PC, and that's rough.
マックはウイルスは大丈夫。 To a mac, viruses are no problem.
ヤバい。 - This is bad.
どうした? - What's wrong?
Crashします。 - I'm going to crash.
それで楽になるの? - Will that make you feel better?
そう思います。 - I think so.

Craigslist seems good if you don't mind selling locally.
You'll probably get better money on eBay, since you're able to sell country-wide, and the auction format seems to encourage people to over-bid. The down side is slightly more risk, and the 'eBay tax'.
Personally, I sell everything on eBay.

Hope to see you join the team GSX, if you don't won't to run it 24/7 don't just have the client on when you use the computer. It is designed so that you do not notice a decrease in speed when using the client.
Great to know the the project is open, I never gave it that much thought :o Still even if it was run at a profit the fact is a cure has still occured :)

kingdonk,
Many thanks for the juicy pics and all your efforts. Unfortunately tonight I'll sing a sad sad sad sad song learning what you've posted. I'm seriously almost afraid to learn Snow Leopard Server and will need to re-evaluate if that $21xx course & certification exam will be worth it - considering I live in Canada - I don't know of any major corporations running an all OS X business model & infrastructure.
Wait: I had another thought.
Back in the days of AIX didn't Apple ship such a server (Workgroup Server running this)? When it was cancelled like the XServe now ... did Apple eventually kill off the server specific software/OS (either or both) shortly after or has there ALWAYS been a server software?

No way in hell. They've already asked their developers to change app resolutions once. 3 screen sizes will never fly with developers.
99.999% likelihood of this being total nonsense.
